Gas Chips Deep Fryer with 2X20L Free Standing. it is operated by Lpg gas and its very fast compared to its electric counterpart. it has its own oil drainage system to sift the oil. The oil bin capacity is 35 Liters each and it will take 20 Iiters of oil per oil bin, leaving 15 liters as overflow when 2chips baskets are immersed per bin. This Chips fryer takes 4 chips sif baskets in total. I design and built them from scratch and modifications are done for each customer specifications. For the same capacity electric fryer you will need a 380V 3phase electricity which is not readily available for many people. We built it to use electric or gas. it has wheels for easy movement during cleaning.
